Michelle DeCoud
Assistant Coach

Michelle DeCoud is beginning her 3rd season with HC women’s basketball and 1st season as Assistant Coach.

DeCoud previously served as the Graduate Assistant at HC. She assisted the team through two conference tournament and National Tournament appearances, and acted as head coach for the junior varsity team. She graduated with an M.A.T. in English Language Arts in 2020.

Before coming to Hastings, DeCoud attended and played at the University of Dallas (NCAA DIII) in Irving, TX. While there she earned All-American, All-Conference, and All-Academic honors and awards. She also still holds school records in several stat categories. She graduated with a B.A. in Business in 2018.

DeCoud is originally from Monument, CO and attended Palmer Ridge High School.

Emily Pratt
Grad Assistant

The Gardner, MA native is entering her first season as the Lady Broncos’ Graduate Assistant. Pratt came to Hastings College after graduating from Endicott College, where she received numerous regional and conference awards, including being named Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Player of the Year. Pratt is currently second all-time in points at Endicott with 1,472.

While at Endicott, Pratt earned a B.A. in Sport Management, minored in Business Administration and received her Coaching Certification. Pratt is now working towards the MAT degree and certification at Hastings in Physical Education for grades 7-12.

Along with her decorated playing career, Pratt developed a passion for coaching early on. She has volunteered as an assistant coach for team Central in the Bay State Games and with the Central Mass Lightning Basketball Club.
